Dinner at your table
An evening for two, a table full of friends or a night worth marking. Tell me who is coming and what you love. I will build the menu around them.
01 / A welcomeChef KJ Bradford
Good food, a well-chosen bottle and good company, the way a Southern gentleman’s house feels on a Sunday evening. Warm, unhurried, with a seat already pulled out for you.

I’m a certified chef and certified nutrition coach with 22 years of culinary experience, including 10 years as a private chef. I cook, advise on pairings and host, so you and your guests can settle in and enjoy the night.
Some of the best evenings happen when nobody is watching the clock. A plate that tastes like someone cared, a bottle picked with care, a laugh across the table. I handle the cooking, the pairing advice and the little details. You get to be the guest at your own party.
Midwest based, available for booking nationally and internationally.

Meal planning, meal prep and nutrition coaching that fit how you actually live. Food that is good for you should still be something you look forward to.
Wine selection advice to suit the plate and the people. I can point you to a good shop or walk you through what to buy yourself. I don’t purchase, resell, pour or bill for wine.
03 / Meet KJ
I am KJ Bradford: certified chef, certified nutrition coach and cookbook author. My 22 years in food, including 10 years in private kitchens, taught me that people remember how a table made them feel long after they forget the menu. I still believe in setting one more place.
